I have been working in the industry for almost 3 years now, and I would say my strongest area within Outreach is sourcing. In my opinion, in order to succeed in outreach, you have to armor yourself with patience, adaptability and resilience. I’ve always loved combining the passion I have for personal growth with Outreach and this has been a great success story so far.
